FROM KELLY'S KNOB TO SLEEPING BUDDA
A photography style that I want to delve into more is panoramic, compressed images. In photography, when using a lens with a long focal length, such as a telephoto lens, the foreground and background of the scene appear compressed. This is because the lens magnifies the subject in the foreground, making it appear larger and closer to the background. At the same time, the lens narrows the angle of view, making the background appear closer to the subject.
This image contains 4 images taken vertically and then stitched together. Im standing on Kelly’s Knob with Elephant Rock/Sleeping Budda in the background.
